Q2. How to return a product?
A2. Only unused or damaged products can be returned to us. You can do so by submitting a query to us in the “Returns” section on our website in “My Account” page. Or you can mail us on our email id firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q3. What is the affiliate program?
A3. The affiliate program is an initiative taken by the company, in which you can earn by referring our products to others and earn 10% commission on each sale which will be transferred to you by us. You just have to make your own affiliate account, generate your link and place it on your website or forward it to someone by WhatsApp or Facebook by coping it or mail it to other person’s email id. Any sale generated from that link will be credited to your account. Between 1st-7th of every month the total commission for previous month will be sent to your account by us. For example, commission for 1st Jan - 31st Jan will be transferred between 1st Feb - 7th Feb.
